Membership Details
Here's some important information to know about our Memberships.
Caring for you system is recommended for as long as you own your home. As such, our memberships do not expire until you no longer own the home or decide to prematurely cancel your membership.
The payment method on file will be charged monthly, and will auto-renew until our office is notified of cancellation and confirmed verbally by an AirKeepers team member. Failed payment for 3 consecutive months will result in membership cancellation.
Memberships canceled within the 12 months following purchase will incur an early cancellation penalty. The card on file will be charged the full amount of the discounts received for work. This includes maintenance appointments, discounts for parts and labor and discounted dispatch fees.
Each system will need to be qualified by an AirKeepers technician before being admitted into the membership program. Qualification criteria includes, but is not limited to technician safety, system accessibility, proper installation, aftermarket parts, and installed accessories.
Memberships must include all heat sources and cooling sources in the home to qualify for the additional discounts. The base price of the Memberships covers 1 furnace and 1 air conditioning unit. Additional units are covered based on a la carte pricing.
After 3 documented attempts to contact the customer (via phone call, text message, email, or other) by our team, and/or a lapse of two months past the scheduled month of service without scheduling that tune-up, loss of that tune-up will result. No refunds will be offered, or make-up services honored.
Members earn credit towards a system replacement every consecutive year their membership is active. Credits are cumulative, so they grow over time. Credits are non-transferable, and applicable to the price of replacement of the system covered within the membership and purchased from AirKeepers Heating & Cooling. Credits may not be combined with other promotional offers.

The standard plan includes regular maintenance for your heating and cooling system, includng 18 point safety inspection, reduced diagnostic fee for service appointments ($30 savings per service appointment), filter replacement, furnace cabinet cleaning, furnace calibration, rinsing of outdoor air conditioner coil, and inspection & cleaning of flame sensor.
The premium plan includes all the benefits of the standard plan with upgraded filters (up to 4" MERV 11 filter), further discount on diagnostic fee for service appointments ($70 savings per service appointment), cleaning and rinsing of outdoor air conditioner coil, addition of a cleaning of the indoor air conditioner coil, discounts on parts and labor, and $100 credit towards system replacement earned for every consecutive 12-months of membership.
Once you (the homeowner) sign up for a membership plan, you will be entitled to priority scheduling of up to 2 maintenance visits within every 12-month period to keep your heating and cooling system in top condition with our 18 point safety inspection and included cleanings. The maintenance visits include one Cooling System maintenance visit in April or May and one Heating System maintenance visit in October or November. Scheduling of maintenance visits outside these timeframes may be allowed at the discretion of AirKeepers staff.
Any additional service visits, parts, and labor requiring a diagnostic will reduce the diagnostic fee (from $89 to $59 for standard members and $19 for premium members). Premium members will also receive a 15% discount on parts during additional visits or add-on services.
You can elect to upgrade the filter at the time of maintenance visit, and will be responsible for paying the difference between the included filter retail price and the desired filter retail price.
Yes, you can cancel your membership at any time, which requires 30-day written notice. However, if you cancel within 12 months of purchase the card on file will be charged the difference between membership pricing and standard pricing for all past purchases during membership. And you will forfeit any accumulated replacement credits earned.
There are no additional fees associated with our membership plans. There may be costs associated with work completed while membership is active, including parts, labor, and other recommended items not included within membership.
